Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders over £100.00. Orders under £100.00 will be sent via courier at a flat rate of £6.50 inc vat.

At Andrew Bird Industrial we aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. We will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

We regret that we are currently unable to offer delivery outside of the UK mainland.

Returns Policy

If you place an order but decide that the items are no longer required, the goods can be returned to Andrew Bird Industrial within 10 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on our part. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason. Andrew Bird Industrial reserves the right to charge a 15% handling fee (at our own discretion) against the return of non-faulty goods. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
